On 02/10/17, I woke up to a dead well pump. I contacted the well company that had installed the pump, who came out and said that the pump needed to be replaced. They did not have it in stock and I (along with my whole family) would be without water for at least five days. This was not acceptable, so I contacted Bobby Flippin. Although it was mid day on a Friday, Mr. Flippin re-arranged the work schedule of several of his staff. They came to my house within an hour. They diagnosed the problem as being a SINGLE part of the pump. They replaced the defective part and also identified another part that would soon need to be replaced. I opted to have the second part replaced as well. They left the defective parts and thoroughly explained what repairs they did. They did not leave my house until they were sure that the pump was working properly and we had water. I am thoroughly impressed that they responded so quickly; did not just replace the whole pump, but examined the pump themselves; and the bill was reasonable. I will not hesitate to call on Water Solutions again and would highly recommend them to anyone. A huge thank you to you, Mr. Flippin and your staff that came out.

Wow! I called Water Solutions and told them my problem. We had NO water and couldn't find the well. He took time away from another job and accessed our problem. With his expertise, he located the well, fixed the problem and we had WATER! Bobby and his team were wonderful. He was more than reasonable in his bill and was all around professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the work done. Bobby was very quick to respond when I inquired about having our pressure tank replaced. Quickly came out and gave me a fair price. John came out and did a fantastic job. Showed up exactly at appointed time. Was very courteous and did a neat and precise job. I definitely recommend Water Solutions and will call on them for my future plumbing needs.

I have been using their services for years. They turned my bitter acid water into refresh and crystal-clear water with no bitter taste whatsoever. Even More unbelievable than that, one of my rental houses had such bad suffer water you could smell it when you came in the door. Water Solutions installed just the right equipment which instantly took away all sulfur taste and smell. Sulfur is a really big problem in this area but it was no match for this man. Please don't live another day with bad unsafe water. Give them a call and enjoy all the benefits of crystal clear refreshing water.

Bobby installed a water softener for us and it has been great. He tested our water and told us exactly what we needed and explained why.

Water Solutions installed our water softener and reverse osmosis systems years ago. Installation was very neat and clean. Bobby has an eye for detail and installed our systems as if they were in his own home. We continue to have Bobby service our systems as needed, he is always on time and does a great job. Highly recommend Water Solutions and Bobby Flippin!
